Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories where prohibited for hygiene reasons

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
